Samaria Cutlery

Was just browsing in Aeon at Bukit Indah, with little intention of shopping. But as usual, we shopped more than the list we had. But then I couldn't resist but to buy this knife set. Anyway, I personally was still looking for a chopping knife. (As time flies & with more experiences in the kitchen, we'll tend to know more of what we need. Which equals to more shopping list.)

Plus it's a beauty & it's perfect for Club HaaSara's home concept!!

Ok so how much did I bought this for? Well guessing on the look of this gorgeous set, I would guess above S$50 of I were to see in Tangs. Right?

But naaahh! It's only RM49.90 = estimated about S$20!

But....there's always a but ;)
I had to open up all new sets to check on its quality of the acrylic stand. Cheap still needs to be good...

I'm a very happy kitchen user now. Haha.

Lights for FafaianHome

Club HaaSara is out bringing friends to shop for lightings for their new home sweet home, #fafaianhome.

Downlights, living room lights, dining lights, kitchen lights, service yard lights.....& many many more lights.
Currently our friends are more keen on those in StarWorld Lighting. The other shop we used to buy lightings were beside it - Tampoi Lightings.

Another branch located at >

These is only half the day for FafaianHome shopping, the other half of the day is for us time! Yeay! But maybe not too much shopping the car has no space already... Hehehe...

Get 5% off for your Chalkboard Blackboard Wall Decal

To everyone who've seen on mai Instagram, who've came to Club HaaSara & who've asked about our Chalk Wall in the kitchen, here's the details ;)

We were suppose to design a cafe-style chalkboard but since the orders only came to us on 2 days before Raya, Haasband only fully pasted this wall decal during Raya.

Honestly Haasband said it tested his patience while he was pasting this wall decal. Freaking difficult somehow. You need to be very meticulous as measurement per roll is quite small for 1 big wall. That's why we ordered 6 rolls, but as of now Haasband had pasted 5 rolls only on the kitchen wall. We purposely ordered extra 1 roll just in case.

Yesterday while I was preparing the kitchen, I had the idea of writing Selamat Hari Raya on our chalk wall. Then......oooh mai....there came the brilliant idea of getting all Club HaaSara's guests to write their own Raya wishes on our wall! It was so disagreed by Haasband because he being him, didn't want to mess up the chalk wall look. But hey......it's Raya.... We'll do the menu-cafe-style look next month lah. Haha....

By Baba-in-laws relatives' side:

Someone busy eating at the "cafe". Don't care about what's going on. Hilarious....

And here's the final writings from Cucu-cucu Alwiah. Nice!!

Then came night when Mama-in-law relatives' side came:

Ok that's a lot of photos for a wall. Hahaha. Here's where we got our chalkboard blackboard wall decal.

Sunday 27 July 2014

Welcom home, Bluby & Ruby.

HaaSara have been wanting to keep fish pet. But.....an aquarium will be too much for a start.

At first I was in love with the Fighting fish in a "Prego-like" glass jar that's sold in a shop at Beach Road. Didn't get it back then because we were running around buying other kitchenwares.

Today, Haas showed me a shop at Bangkit Road. And we found a small pretty glass tank perfect for 1 Fighting Fish. We bought......2!

$1.50 for 1 fighting fish
$6.80 for 1 small glass tank
$2.20 for 10g Corina Betta Choice granules
$2.00 for 1 pack of white pebbles

Total spent: $20.80
Paid: $20.00

Haas chose the blue fish & he asked me to choose the red fish (I wanted the pink purplish ones but it's ok, next time. Haha).

We came home excited to decorate & place the fish tank. While Haasband was doing the cleaning of the tank & pebbles, we came up with our new fish pets' names: BLUBY & RUBY.

So Club HaaSara's pets names will have the Fluffy-Bluby-Ruby kind of rhythm. Nice ain't it?? Hahaha...

Fluffy was busy sleeping while Fluff got super excited when she realized we have something new displayed. Ooooh oooh.... Fluff found herself new toys.

Hopefully Bluby & Ruby survived long in this house ;)

Iftar with CCK BFF

Dated: 19 July 2014

The Haasband's CCK best friends couldn't decide on location for break fast. This year we have MORE choices of houses to dine in. 4 houses. After much indecisive messages, we decided on Club HaaSara ;)

Even if we're going to have guests coming or not, Haasband will always vacuum & clean up the house. Because of the never ending flying furs! Gggggrrrr...

While he's doing the cleaning, my job for the day was to multitask between Qifirani's clearance sale & baking honey cornflakes.

We're yet to get a proper conventional oven. Meantime I tried it with Philips Airfryer. Also because ibu & sister been asking if I'm doing mai usual kuih raya...but sorry not taking orders this yr... Hahaha...
